There is a clear pattern in all the transformations I have worked on:
After 30 days you’ll feel better, stronger, and healthier, and you actually might see some gains already!
Day 30-60 is where you’ll see a lot of progress, you are getting stronger just like in the first month, but you’ll feel even better and you’ll probably notice some really nice gains!
Day 60-90 is where you start to see steady progress overall, in all aspects. Muscle, strength, and overall fitness. At this point you definitely see a great improvement and people around you will most likely notice it as well 😉
