Who Is Stan Browney?

I started making videos on YouTube when I was 13 years old, My best friend, that some of you may know as ‘The Guy In The Blue Shirt’ in my YouTube videos, started doing something called calisthenics.

 What Is The Bodyweight Master Program?

The bodyweight master program is a 90 day workout course that is designed to be as simple and easy as possible to follow, It's focused on your own level of intensisty and consists off 3 workouts per week with no special equipment needed. This course is for every level! Even If you can do 0 pushups and pull ups, that's fine to join this course (The more beginner you are, the more gains, actually!) ;) 

 How Quickly Will I See Results?

There is a clear pattern in all the transformations I have worked on:

After 30 days you’ll feel better, stronger, healthier, and you actually might see some gains already!

Day 30-60 is where you’ll see a lot of progress, you are getting stronger just like in the first month, but you’ll feel even better and you’ll probably notice some really nice gains!

Day 60-90 is where you start to see steady progress overall, in all aspects. Muscle, strength and overall fitness. At this point you definitely see a great improvement and people around you will most likely notice it as well ;)

 Do I Need Any Special Equipment?

Nope! I do recommend resistance bands and a pull up bar, however these are not necessary. I actually transformed my best friend and he didn’t have a pull up bar, so he went to a football goal nearby every workout and did his pull ups there.

 Is There A Special Diet I Need To Follow?
